Web Design for Contractors

A Site Built
to Close.

Most contractor websites are built to look nice. Yours will be built to book jobs: a custom, hand-coded site that turns referrals, brand searches, and the traffic your profile brings into booked work.

Your Site Has
One Job.

Your website isn't what ranks you. That's your Google profile's job. Your site has a different, single job: take the people who already found you and turn them into booked work. It either closes, or it leaks.

It Catches Earned Intent
The Last Step

Referrals, brand searchers, comparison shoppers: people who already know your name land here. Your site is the last thing between them and the call.

It Closes or It Leaks
The Finish Line

A slow, generic, all-about-us site loses people at the finish. A fast, clear, story-driven one books the job. Same traffic, completely different outcome.

It's the Floor
Everything Flows Here

Every lead your reviews and ranking generate flows to your site. If it leaks, the whole engine leaks, which is exactly why the build comes first.

Most contractor sites were built to rank. Yours will be built to close.

Custom. Hand-Coded.
Yours.

No templates. No page-builder bloat. No $500-site-then-$300-a-month-hosting trap. A real site, written and built for your trade, which you own outright.

The Build
Built to Convert
  • Custom, hand-coded site, no templates ever
  • Fully built out: a page for every service you offer and every area you serve
  • Written on a proven story framework (the customer's the hero, you're the guide)
  • Fast, mobile-first, and built to close on a phone
Yours to Keep
You Own It
  • You own the code and the domain outright
  • 90-day money-back guarantee on the build
  • Hosting, maintenance & reporting, included in your plan (no surprise fees)
  • Month-to-month. No contract, walk anytime

The Foundation.

Your site is part of one plan, not a tier you buy alone: a one-time $2,500 build (waived for founding clients), then one flat $1,200/mo for the site, profile management, and reviews together. It's the floor the whole engine stands on, converting the demand you already have from day one.

Questions You're
Probably Asking.

Why hand-coded instead of WordPress or Wix?
Speed, security, and ownership. A hand-coded site has no plugins to break, no page-builder bloat slowing it down, and nothing to get hacked or nag you for updates. It loads fast (which matters for both conversion and Google) and it's clean code you actually own, not a system you rent.
Why not just get a $500 website?
Because a $500 site is almost always a template you don't own, and the low price is bait. The trap is the hosting: $200 to $300 a month to keep a page live that cost them nothing to spin up. Ours is custom, hand-coded, and yours outright the day it launches, and our monthly is real work: profile management, reviews, hosting, and reporting in one flat plan.
Do I own the site?
Yes. The code and the domain are yours the day it launches. No lock-in, no contract. If you ever leave, you take your site with you.
How long does the build take?
Usually two to four weeks, depending on how fast we get your photos and details and how quick the review rounds go. You'll see it come together and approve it before it goes live, with one free round of revisions built in.
Can you just build the site, or do I have to do the monthly?
The build and the monthly plan go together, because that is how the engine works. The site converts your referrals from day one, and the profile management and reviews run right alongside it. One plan, month-to-month, never locked in.
How much should a contractor website cost?
It is a wide range. A DIY builder like Wix or Squarespace runs $15 to $50 a month but rarely converts, a template agency build runs a few thousand, and a fully custom build can run $15,000 and up. Ours is a one-time $2,500 for a hand-coded site you own, waived for founding clients, then $1,200 a month for the whole engine around it. The number that matters is not the sticker, it is whether the site books enough work to pay for itself.
Will my website actually show up on Google?
We build the SEO foundation properly, but here is the honest part: for a local business the calls come from the map pack, driven by your Google profile and reviews, not from your website ranking for your main service. So the site is built to convert the people your profile brings, and the profile work is what gets you found. They work together.
Do I need a new website, or can you work with my current one?
We build new. Most contractor sites are template builds that load slow and were made to look fine, not to close, and patching around them costs more than it is worth. A hand-coded site you own outright is the foundation everything else stands on, so we start there.
How many pages will my website have?
As many as it takes to cover your work: a page for every service you offer and every area you serve, plus the core pages. There is no fixed page count and no per-page fee. If you add a service or expand your radius, we build the pages for it.
Do I have to write the content myself?
No. We write it, in your voice, from a short intake and the way you talk about the work. It is built on a proven framework that makes the customer the hero and you the guide, and you review every word before it goes live.
Can I make edits to the site myself?
You do not have to touch code. Tell us what to change and we handle it as part of your plan. Because the site is hand-coded with no page builder, edits are clean and fast, and nothing breaks the way plugin-heavy sites do.
What actually makes a contractor website get leads instead of just looking nice?
Clarity and speed, not decoration. Within a few seconds a visitor has to see what you do, why you are the right call, and how to reach you, on a phone, without scrolling to find it. Reviews and real photos up high, click-to-call everywhere, and copy that answers the question they came with. Pretty is easy, built to close is the work.
