Review Generation

More Reviews.
More Jobs.

You already know more reviews means more jobs. The part most miss: they pay off immediately, closing more of every customer who sees you wherever you rank today. And over time they climb you into the map pack, where the leads multiply. We optimize your Google profile, then generate fresh reviews every month.

Reviews Pay Off
From Day One.

Reviews pull double duty. They win you jobs today, wherever you rank, and they climb you toward the map pack for tomorrow. Here's how both play out.

Starting Today
They Win the Customer

Wherever you rank right now, the business with more recent, higher-rated reviews wins the head-to-head. People compare before they call, and reviews are the tiebreaker. That lift starts immediately.

Over Time
They Climb You Up

Review count, rating, and recency are among the strongest signals Google uses to rank local results. Earned steadily, a regular drumbeat rather than a one-time blast, they push you up the list toward the top three.

At the Top
The Pack Multiplies It

Break into the map-pack top three and the leads jump. Those spots pull more than double the traffic of everything below them. Reviews are the biggest lever to get you there.

Most contractors have happy customers and almost no reviews. We close that gap.

We Turn Finished Jobs
Into Reviews.

Two things, done for you: we optimize your Google Business Profile so it can rank at all, then we turn your finished jobs into a steady stream of reviews.

The Foundation
Optimized to Rank
  • Full one-time Google Business Profile optimization: categories, services, service areas, description
  • The essential setup that makes ranking possible at all
  • Citation & NAP cleanup so your info is consistent everywhere Google looks
  • An optimized baseline of photos to start from
The Engine
Reviews On Autopilot
  • Connected to your CRM: an automatic text and email the moment you close the job, nothing for you to send
  • An initial outreach to your past-customer database the day you sign on, so reviews start landing immediately
  • One tap straight to your Google profile, zero friction
  • A gentle nudge if they don't get to it the first time
  • A monthly report on reviews earned and where you rank

Part of the Plan.

Review generation isn't a separate tier, it's part of your one plan. It builds on the site that closes your leads, optimizes your profile, and generates the steady stream of reviews that climbs you into the map pack, all for one flat monthly.

Questions You're
Probably Asking.

How do you actually get the reviews?
We connect to your CRM or job software, so the moment you close a job the review request goes out automatically. Your customer gets a text and an email with a one-tap link straight to your Google profile, plus a gentle nudge if they don't respond the first time. You never send us a thing or have to remember to ask. And when you first sign on, we also run an initial outreach to your existing past customers, trickled out over a few weeks, so reviews start landing right away instead of waiting on new jobs.
Do I have to do anything to get the reviews?
No. It runs automatically through your CRM, so the moment you close a job the review request goes out automatically, with no clipboard, no texting us, and nothing to remember. On top of that, our initial outreach to your past customers means reviews start landing from day one, not whenever the next job wraps.
Isn't it against Google's rules to ask for reviews?
Asking is completely fine. Google encourages it. What's against the rules is buying reviews, gating them (only asking happy customers), or offering incentives. We never do any of that. We simply ask every customer, and let the work speak for itself.
What if I get a bad review?
It happens to everyone, and a few honest lower ratings actually make your five-star reviews more believable. The steady stream of new reviews we generate keeps your overall rating strong and pushes the occasional bad one down the page. (Handling every response and your reputation hands-on is part of the plan too, see profile management.)
How fast will reviews start coming in?
Right away. As soon as you sign on we start an initial outreach to your existing past customers, trickled out over weeks or months depending on the size of your database, so fresh reviews begin landing from day one instead of a slow ramp that waits on new jobs. From there it keeps building automatically as you close jobs in your CRM. A texted request converts far better than email, realistically around 1 in 4 to 1 in 3 customers versus roughly 1 in 20 by email, and the system sends both. Ranking movement from all that activity builds over the following weeks and months, and we report on it every month.
Do I need a new website for this?
Yes, and it's on purpose. We generate reviews for the sites we build, not sites we didn't. The reviews you earn drive people to your website to book, and if that site wasn't built to convert, we're feeding clicks into something that leaks, a result we can't stand behind. When the site and the review engine are one system we built together, we own the whole path from search to booked job.
Can I pay for or buy Google reviews?
No. Paying for reviews is illegal under the FTC Act and against Google policy, and Google is good at catching and removing them, which can get your profile penalized. We never buy reviews or gate them. We ask every real customer and let the work speak.
Can you remove or delete a bad review?
You cannot delete a genuine review, and neither can we, even critical or unfair ones stay if they are real. What Google will remove is reviews that break its rules, spam, off-topic, conflicts of interest, and we report those. For the rest, the fix is a steady stream of new five-star reviews that keeps your rating strong and pushes the occasional bad one down the page.
How many Google reviews do I need?
There is no magic number, what matters is being competitive in your area and keeping them fresh. A handful of recent reviews often beats a big pile of old ones, and it can take a dozen or more five-star reviews to outweigh a single one-star. The goal is a steady flow, not a one-time push.
Do reviews actually help my Google ranking?
Yes, a lot. Review count, rating, recency, and even the words customers use are among the strongest signals for map-pack ranking. That is exactly why review generation is built into the plan, it does double duty, winning the click and climbing you up the map.
Should I respond to my reviews?
Yes. Responding shows Google an active profile and shows customers a business that pays attention, and it matters most on the negative ones, where a calm, professional reply reads better to the next reader than the complaint itself. We handle responses as part of the plan.
Can I offer a discount or a gift for a review?
No. Incentives for reviews break both Google policy and FTC rules, even a small thank-you tied to leaving one. We ask every customer the same way, with no strings, so the reviews stay honest and your profile stays safe.
What star rating should I be aiming for?
High, but not suspiciously perfect. A strong average with a steady stream of recent reviews is the target, and a few honest lower ratings mixed in actually make the five-star ones more believable to a shopper. Consistency over time beats a flawless-looking wall that never changes.
