Google Business Profile Management

Own the Top
of the Map.

The three businesses in Google's map pack win the calls. We manage your Google Business Profile and keep it fresh weekly — posts, photos, reviews, and the local signals that rank you — to push you into that top three and, most importantly, keep you there.

Your Website Doesn't
Rank You. Your Profile Does.

Search your trade plus your town and Google shows three businesses on a little map. That map pack gets the clicks, and your website has almost nothing to do with who's in it.

The Site
Closes the Leads

The website we built you takes the referrals, brand searches, and profile traffic and turns them into booked jobs. It converts the demand. It was never the thing that ranks you.

Optimization + Reviews
Climbs the Rankings

A fully optimized profile and a steady stream of fresh reviews are what move you up the local results — often close to, sometimes into, the map pack.

Active Management
Makes the Pack, Holds It

Weekly posts, fresh photos, and fast review responses are usually what give the final push into the top three, and keep you there. Leave a profile sitting still and it goes stale, and you slide back out.

An optimized, active profile climbs. A stale one sinks. We keep yours climbing.

We Run the Profile.
You Run the Jobs.

Ranking in and staying in the map pack takes a steady drumbeat most owners can't keep up during a busy season. That's the part we take off your plate, every week, every month.

  • Ongoing map-pack push and a plain-English report every month

The ongoing work that makes the final push into the pack, and holds it.

The Whole Engine.

Full profile management isn't a separate tier, it's the ongoing work inside your one plan: part of the flat $1,200/mo, month-to-month. It builds on the site that closes your leads and the reviews that build your trust. The whole engine, running for you.

Questions You're
Probably Asking.

How long until I show up in the map pack?
It's a climb, not a switch. Most contractors see profile activity and review growth turn into movement over a few weeks to a few months, depending on how competitive the town and trade are. We report on it every month so you can see it happening.
What actually moves map-pack ranking?
Proximity, relevance, and prominence. We can't move your address, but we control the other two: an optimized, active profile, a steady stream of recent reviews, correct categories and service areas, and consistent business info across the web.
Can't I just manage my own profile?
You can, and some of it is worth doing yourself. But ranking comes from consistency most owners can't keep up mid-season: weekly posts, fresh photos, fast review responses, and automatic review requests as jobs close in your CRM. Done right, that's several hours every month. Your time on the tools is worth $100 an hour or more, and it's better spent running jobs than wrangling a profile. That steady drumbeat is exactly what we take off your plate.
Do I need a new website for this to work?
Yes, and that's on purpose. We manage profiles for the sites we build, not sites we didn't. The honest reason: ranking your profile pours traffic onto your website, and if that site wasn't built to convert, we're sending you clicks that never become jobs, and we can't stand behind a result we don't control. When the site and the profile are one system we built together, we own the whole path from search to booked job. That's the only way we do it, and it's the only way it actually works.
What if my profile is a mess or suspended?
That's common, and fixable. We start by cleaning up and reoptimizing what's there. If it's suspended, we'll tell you honestly what it takes to recover it before you spend a dollar on management.
What is the Google map pack, or local 3-pack?
It is the little map with three businesses that Google shows at the top of a local search. It gets the bulk of the local clicks and calls, well above the plain results below it, which is why landing in it is the whole game for a local business.
Why isn't my business showing up on Google Maps?
Usually one of a few things: the profile is unverified or incomplete, the categories are wrong, there are too few recent reviews, your name, address, and phone are inconsistent across the web, or the searcher is simply too far from your address. We work through each of those.
Does proximity matter, and can I rank outside my city?
Proximity is a major factor, you rank strongest near your address and it fades with distance. You can extend your reach with a strong profile, reviews, and pages for the areas you serve, but you cannot fake a location, which is exactly why a business physically in town has the edge there.
What are citations and NAP consistency?
NAP is your name, address, and phone number. Citations are the places across the web that list them: directories, listings, social profiles. When they match everywhere, Google trusts your info, when they conflict, it hurts your ranking. Cleaning them up is part of the work.
Do I need to verify my Google Business Profile?
Yes. Verification proves the business is really yours, and most of the local-search levers do not work until it is done. If your profile is unverified or you have lost access, we help you get it set up and verified before anything else.
How often should I post to my Google Business Profile?
About weekly is the practical cadence: enough to keep the profile active and signal to Google that the business is live, without turning into noise. We handle the posts, fresh photos, and updates for you, so it stays consistent through your busy season.
Can I rank in the map pack without a storefront?
Yes. As a service-area business you hide your street address and set the areas you serve, and the profile still ranks. Plenty of trades run this way. What you cannot do is rank in a town where you have no real presence at all, the map pack is tied to where you actually are.
