We wanted a custom herringbone border around our dining room — something we'd seen in a magazine and assumed no one local could do. Marcus not only did it, he showed us three different ways to execute it and explained the tradeoffs. The floor is genuinely a showpiece.

Marcus Webb started Ironwood in 2010 after a decade in residential construction. He got tired of watching floors get rushed by crews who'd never meet the homeowner.
Every job at Ironwood is done by Marcus. That means he picks the lumber, sets the layout, cuts every piece, and puts the finish coats down himself. It takes longer. It's worth it.
