You'll Love For Decades.
Custom tile for Asheville homes — bathrooms, kitchens, showers, and mosaics. If you're comparing quotes, you'll get straight answers here: what it really costs, how the job goes, and what to watch out for.
What It Costs
Most tile sites make you call to find out. You shouldn't have to. Here's an honest range for the work we do across Asheville — and exactly what moves your number up or down.
Every range includes demo, prep, waterproofing, layout, the install itself, and a full cleanup. One number, one crew — no surprise line items waiting at the end.
If the lowest bid is what matters most, we're honestly not your crew — and we'll say so on the first call. If you'd rather pay once for tile that's still true in twenty years, that's exactly what you're paying for here.
What Turns a Tile
Job Into a Regret
Nobody walks you through this part before you sign. Here's what actually goes wrong with tile — and exactly how we keep each one out of your home.
Do You Even Need
a Specialist?
Sometimes the honest answer is no — and we'll tell you. Here's where your money actually matters, so you spend it in the right place.
If your project is the first kind, you don't need us — and we'd rather say so now than pad an estimate. If it's the last kind, that's what we do all day, every day.

Together Looks Like
The Things You're
Actually Wondering
How long will my project take?
A backsplash is a few days. A full bathroom is usually one to two weeks, depending on the tile and the prep underneath it. You'll have a real timeline in your estimate — and we don't start a job we can't finish on schedule.
Do I need to be home while you work?
No. Most clients hand us a key or a code and go about their lives. You'll get progress photos along the way, and we lock up every day.
What if I don't like how it looks?
You see the layout before anything is permanent, and you walk the finished room with Marcus before he leaves. If something isn't right, it gets fixed — that's the job, not an upcharge.
How far out are you booked?
Usually two to six weeks, depending on the season. Good work is worth a short wait, and you'll get a real start date — not a “we'll call you.”
Do you handle demo and the old tile?
Yes. Tear-out, haul-away, prep, waterproofing, install, and cleanup are all in what we quote. You're not coordinating five different people.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. The installation is warrantied, and because we waterproof and prep properly, callbacks are rare. If something we installed fails, we come back.
Built on
Craft.
Not Volume.
You're not hiring a company — you're hiring the person who'll be standing in your bathroom. Marcus Tully has spent fourteen years and 340+ Asheville installs earning the kind of reputation that gets a name passed around at dinner parties. A fine-arts background means he sees a room the way you do: proportion, light, and the line your eye follows. That's the difference you're paying for.
Ready When
You Are.
You've seen the work, the prices, and how we operate. If it feels right, tell Marcus about your room — size, timeline, the look you're after. He answers every message himself, usually within a business day. No pressure, no call center, no obligation.
